The Alpine A290 marks a new era for the famous French brand Alpine, fusing sporting heritage with the transition to electric power.
Presented in 2023, this 100% electric city car is inspired by the A290 concept and is based on the future Renault 5 electric car, while incorporating a sharpened chassis, a dynamic powertrain with up to 220 hp, and a racy design typical of Alpine DNA.
It symbolizes the revival of the brand, once legendary for its rally-winning A110 of the 1970s. The A290 inaugurates the “Dream Garage” electric range, alongside future models such as a GT SUV and the A110’s replacement.
